You can reach us at hello@uxerhub.com, which is the fastest route for anything in this document. uxerhub currently operates as an individual rather than an incorporated company. A registered address and company number will be published here once the operating entity exists, and this document will be updated on the same day.

What this website is

An informational website describing an assessment product, together with a form for requesting access to it. Submitting that form is a request, not a purchase, and creates no obligation on either side.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. If we agree to work together, the terms of that work are set out separately in writing.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract data by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine crawling, or submit other people's personal data through the form without their knowledge.

Our content

The text, design, rubric descriptions and assessment materials on this site are ours. You are welcome to quote from the guides with attribution and a link. You are not welcome to reproduce them wholesale or present them as your own.

The assessment cases themselves and their scoring anchors are confidential and are not published.

No warranty on outcomes

An assessment report is a decision aid. It supports a hiring decision; it does not make one, and it does not guarantee an outcome. Hiring decisions, and responsibility for them, remain entirely with the hiring organisation.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, which — for use of this website alone — is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and disputes fall to the courts there, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
