If you have taken an assessment, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, have a person review your result, correct something, or have it all deleted. No reason needed, and it has no effect on any application.

It has to match, or we cannot tell it is you.

What to expect

  • · We reply within one month. In practice it is usually a few days.
  • · A result is scored against the specific role a company described. Outside that context the numbers mislead more than they inform, so a copy comes with the explanation attached.
  • · Deletion removes your answers and your identity. Aggregate scores are kept without any link to you, so that erasing one person does not corrupt the benchmark for everyone else.
  • · If you think we handled it badly you can complain to your national supervisory authority.
